How long will it take for you guys to finish a gazebo project?
It depends on the size of the gazebo. But usually, it’ll take 4-6 weeks to complete a gazebo.
Do I need a permit to build a gazebo?
It depends on the size of your gazebo and your city’s regulations. I would advise you to call your city for more information.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes. Merced County Builders Corp is a B - General Building Contractor, license number 1123933.
Do you guys help in securing the city permit?
Yes. We can help you with the complete set of plans from architectural, structural, electrical (if needed) designs and all the required plans to get your city permit.
How much do you charge to build a gazebo?
In order for me to give you a rough estimate of the project cost, I will need the following information: a) the city where the gazebo will be built; and b) the total square feet of the gazebo.
Is there a warranty on your work?
The state of California requires all contractors to provide 1-year expressed limited warranties for both new construction and remodeling projects. But Merced County Builders Corp provides 2-year warranty for the “fit and finish” building components and 10 years for foundational and structural elements.
Do you offer financing?
Not at this time. Perhaps in the near future. For now, we can work with your lender.
Can you help me with the designs, plans and permitting and I’ll just build my gazebo myself as an “owner builder"?
